11th Grade Annual Cleanup Tradition

Greetings In Jesus’ Name,

As part of Glendale Christian Academy’s long-standing tradition, we invite and remind the parents of our 11th grade students that your students are asked to assist with cleanup after tonight’s graduation celebration.

Due to Vacation Bible School preparations, our cleanup responsibilities will be slightly adjusted this year:

Fellowship Hall Side:

  • Remove tablecloths

  • Throw away all trash

  • Remove chair and table carts, as well as other furniture, from the sanctuary side to their proper places on the fellowship hall side.

Chapel Side:

  • Reset the room for the Spanish service

  • Move the curtain back to its usual position

  • Replace platform panels in their proper orientation

  • Unstack and set out the chairs

Once these tasks are completed, we will only need students who can assist with re-setting the sound system.

If you’re receiving this email and your student is not in 11th grade, it is because your student participated in the Christian Leadership class this year, which included sound training. On a volunteer basis, we would greatly appreciate any of those students who are willing and able to stay and help with the sound setup — their assistance would be incredibly valuable.

Thank you in advance for your support and for encouraging your student to take part in this meaningful tradition of service.

In His Service,
Bro. Andrew Jones
