Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures
To keep every student safe and ensure smooth traffic flow, we ask all families to carefully follow the guidelines below.
Morning Drop-Off
No Passing
For student safety, please remain in line and do not pass other vehicles during drop-off.
Parking to Walk Your Student
If you would like to walk your student onto campus, please park south of the church. Students and families should then walk behind the safety cones as they enter the school campus area.
No Parking Along the Drop-Off Lane
The spaces along the designated drop-off area must remain clear so traffic can continue moving.
Afternoon Pick-Up
No Passing
Please remain in the line and do not pass other vehicles.
Student Drivers Crossing
Our student drivers must cross the pick-up line to exit safely. Please stay alert and yield as needed.
Everyone Joins the Pick-Up Line
Unless you are a staff member working at the school or church, we ask all parents and guardians to use the pick-up line to ensure smooth continuation of this useful tool.
Exception: In cases of late pickup with office approval, or students walking home due to proximity, alternative arrangements may be made.
Pick-Up Line Opens at 3:35
Students will line up in three queues to be picked up once the line begins moving, please help us expedite by assisting your child as needed.
Plan B for Pick-Up
In the event we use Plan B due to the Thames Hall being unavailable, students will be dismissed directly from classrooms and will still line up in the same three queues for pick-up.
Thank you so much for helping us maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient process for both drop-off and pick-up. Your cooperation makes a big difference for every student and family.
